About Premier Decorative Concrete
Premier Decorative Concrete is a referral service for homeowners in Miami-Dade who need concrete work: driveways, stamped patios, pool decks, pavers, garage floors and sealing. We don't run a crew. We connect your call with an independent contractor who works in your area, and we keep this site full of what's useful to know before that call: what jobs here tend to cost, what goes wrong in South Florida heat and rain, and what permits Kendall, Cutler Bay, Coral Gables and Doral ask for. Call (786) 686-1048, 8am to 8pm, 7 days, and you'll be talking to a contractor about your job.

Why this site exists
Most people looking for concrete work in Miami have one of two stories: the last contractor never called back, or the job looked great until the first rainy season. This site is built around those stories. Every service page starts with what goes wrong and what to ask so it doesn't happen to you.
What we'll never claim
You won't find star ratings, years in business or licence numbers here, because we're not the contractor. Ask the contractor you're connected with for theirs, and check them. How it works walks through what to ask.

Phones are answered 8am to 8pm, 7 days. Tell them the job, the size and your zip code, and ask for a written, itemized price.
